You can lose the adjusted value of your appealed property taxes if you fail to pay your property tax

Florida law provides that property taxes must be paid before they become delinquent on March 31 of each year or your appeal to the Value Adjustment Board will be dismissed.   If your appeal has not been heard then you may make payment in full or you have the option to pay 75% of the ad valorem taxes, together with 100% of the non-ad valorem taxes.
